FINCA’s customers needed a simple way to manage their loans and access financial support, while also enhancing their financial literacy through learning modules. How could we design a platform that made complex financial tasks feel effortless and intuitive?
For the FINCA project, my role focused on designing the user interface for a digital platform aimed at enhancing financial services. The goal was to create an intuitive, user-friendly interface that simplified complex financial tasks, empowering users to manage loans, access support, and continue learning about financial management through e-learning modules. The key components of the project included: Loan Selection & Application, ChatBot for Customer Support and E-Learning Module.

Due to limitations in conducting primary research, we leveraged internal audience insights provided by the company, along with secondary research, to inform our design decisions. To meet accessibility standards, we incorporated features such as clear typography, color contrast adjustments, and easy navigation to ensure that users of varying abilities could interact with the platform seamlessly.
Design System

A comprehensive design system was implemented to maintain visual consistency, ensuring that the platform’s look and feel was cohesive across every touchpoint.
What Was Delivered?
The final design was delivered with a user-first approach. It provided an intuitive interface that addressed both user needs and FINCA’s strategic goals. The design was well-received by stakeholders, and it reflected our research-driven approach to creating a seamless user experience.
